Tens Million Rupiahs Given Back to Gratification Unit

After being established a year ago by City Administration, gratification unit seemed successfully collect tens million rupiah from gratification action which been reported.

During a year it was established, it has running well. But I don’t know its exact amount

Gratification unit has responsible to receive irregularity report and gratification submission from civil servants serving in City Administration. It also has been coordinated with Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

“During a year since it was established, it has running well. But I don’t know its exact amount,” said Merry Ernahani, Head of Jakarta Inspectorate, Tuesday (12/15).

Basuki: Corruption Undermines State Roots

Ernahani continued that the only way to fight corruption cannot rely on the existing system but building personal integrity is also needed.

“Corruption impossibly disappear if we never wake up to realize,” she asserted.
